Nisshin-STC Flour Milling showcased the potential of “Japanese-style wheat flour NS-NX1” at THAIFEX–ANUGA ASIA 2026 through a live demonstration of Nama Shokupan, a popular Japanese-style bread. The presentation also featured 4 creative menu items that highlighted the softness, chewiness, and unique quality of Japanese-style wheat flour.
